 ANR a été créée en 2005 pour promouvoir la recherche française sur pr
 ojets\, et pour stimuler l’innovation en favorisant l’émergence de pr
 ojets collaboratifs pluridisciplinaires et en encourageant les collaborati
 ons « publics-privés ». Il s’agit également de renforcer le position
 nement de la recherche française au niveau européen et mondial.\n\n-\n\n
 The National Research Agency (ANR) is a public administrative institution 
 overseen by the Ministry of Higher Education\, Research and Innovation. It
  provides project-based research funding for public organisations working 
 together or in partnership with companies.\n\nEstablished in 2005\, the AN
 R aims to promote French project-based research and stimulate innovation b
 y encouraging multidisciplinary collaboration and public-private partnersh
 ips. The ANR also aims to strengthen the position of French research at th
 e European and global levels.
