This processing is compulsory, you cannot oppose it unless you give up registering for this job forum called “PhD Job Day”. In order to minimise the amount of data collected, certain elements are indicated as optional.
The members of the INTERREG project management team collect and process a range of information about you. This information concerns the management of courses and students and includes :

The TRANSUNIV Interreg France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen project aims to work on the professional integration and mobility of students in the cross-border area.
It is intended to be a continuation of the actions carried out during INTERREG IV but goes further by proposing actions for all students (bachelor, master, doctorate).
The actions of the project enable students from the 3 regions to :
● Integrate into the professional world on the scale of the 3 sides and therefore of the 3 organisational systems present.
● To better position, on the European scene, the devices linked to the doctorate in the cross-border area
● To develop innovative problem-solving mechanisms at the regional level, involving players from the professional world and students/doctoral students.
Within this framework, the 6 universities of the project must justify the actions undertaken to INTERREG and draw up a qualitative and quantitative assessment of each of them.
The data is collected for the following purposes
● the implementation and implementation of optional processing for statistical purposes: studies, surveys, indicators relating to the monitoring of events, participation rates, evaluation of training courses and events, monitoring of training courses, participation rates of students from each university, male/female representativeness, etc.
● The management of registrations for the various modules offered in this job forum.
Information is transmitted between the different universities for operational reasons:
● to the project managers of each university in order to carry out qualitative and quantitative assessments.
● To the CV analysts who will help in the drafting of the online CV (they will receive surname, first name, e-mail address, home university, laboratory, disciplinary field, doctoral school)
The information is passed on to external organisations involved in the event:

● Adoc Talent Management who will lead the workshops and analyse CVs online (they will receive surname, first name, email address, University of affiliation, Laboratory, disciplinary field, doctoral school) ;
● ABG who will lead a workshop (they will receive surname, first name, e-mail address, home university, laboratory, disciplinary field, doctoral school);
● APEC (https://www.apec.fr/qui-sommes-nous.html) which will lead 4 workshops (they will receive name, first name, e-mail address, home university, address, telephone number). This information will be used to create an account on the APEC website;
● The company ” z-marketing ” which is in charge of the website. It undertakes to destroy all data at the end of the event and not to divulge it.
The data is kept for the duration of the registration period for this event and then for a maximum of 6 months for statistical processing (unless otherwise provided by law or regulation). Beyond that, the data is archived on a separate medium with limited access, in accordance with the rules applicable to public and private archives.

● right to object if your data is used for other purposes not covered by a legal obligation.

Les données sont conservées le temps de la période d’inscription à cet événement puis au maximum 6 mois pour traitement statistique (sauf dispositions législatives ou réglementaires contraires). Au-delà, ces données sont archivées sur un support distinct et à accès limité, conformément aux règles applicables en matière d’archives publiques et d’archives privées.
